Your licence to use this app is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to applications distributed through the App Store. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. It covers the scope of your licence, restrictions on use, warranties and liability.
We do not supply a custom licence agreement. The page below explains what the app is and what it is not — it does not grant, limit or replace any part of Apple's agreement. The same explanation appears in the app itself, where it must be acknowledged before first use.

The United States Supreme Court decisions summarised here are binding nationwide, and those entries are good law in any state. Everything else is written for Florida. Florida statutes have no force in another state. Florida court decisions bind no other state's courts. Eleventh Circuit decisions bind Florida, Georgia and Alabama and no one else, and other circuits have reached different conclusions on the same questions.
If you are not a Florida law enforcement officer, the Supreme Court material may still be useful as background. Do not rely on anything else here, and do not treat the procedural guidance as applicable in your state.
You are solely responsible for your own actions and decisions as a law enforcement officer. That responsibility cannot be delegated to a reference tool and is not shared with the publisher.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
